InterGest Egypt launched

Hardly any other country is as dependent on exports as Germany, which can be quite a challenge in today's world. Many medium-sized companies are therefore interested in finding new markets, and we at InterGest see it as our task to support them in this process.

For this reason, we are stepping up our efforts to create new InterGest locations this year and are very pleased to have found a strong new partner in North Africa. Zeinab Noureldin joined us in April 2022 as Managing Partner to establish InterGest Egypt in Cairo. She is also a partner in the network of AIMS International, a long-time cooperating company of InterGest, and was recently appointed to its board as Vice President for the Middle East and Africa.

Zeinab Noureldin assists clients in entering the Egyptian market, guiding them through the ins and outs of local administration and helping with recruitment. As a seasoned Egypt expert, she has a broad range of experience in various HR and talent management positions. Here, she has worked for numerous clients in various industries such as manufacturing, real estate, and Fast Moving Consumer Goods and technology. Previously, Zeinab Noureldin studied mass communication. She is fluent in Arabic and English.

Zeinab Noureldin is supported by Pauline D'Arcy as managing partner of InterGest Egypt. She has extensive experience in the financial services sector, previously heading the executive search department at a large firm in Egypt and her own staffing and recruitment services company. International experience has been gained by Pauline D'Arcy in the UK, Egypt and France. She is fluent in all three languages.

Zeinab Noureldin and Pauline D'Arcy see Egypt as a great opportunity for German companies. Egypt is one of the top three investment destinations on the African continent and serves as a gateway to Africa. The country has enormous potential as it attracts much-needed services and transformation projects. The government is supporting an easier and smoother process for foreign investment with new laws and regulations for industries such as payment solutions, financial technologies and healthcare.
