In view of the current situation in France we are informing you about the measures we have taken in our headquarters in Sarreguemines to ensure business continuity:
Following the new French governmental regulations, we have installed home office facilities for those employees who are able to work from home, according to their responsibilities. Our offices will be staffed alternately to ensure phone calls can be answered, mail processed and files can be accessed. We have established strict rules for this, e.g. kitchens and copying rooms can only be entered by one person at a time and surfaces must be sanitized regularly.
Communication with us will take place mainly via e-mail for now, therefore we kindly ask you to contact your respective counterparts using this channel.
The French Government has given out forms which we have to fill in and carry with us when we (need to) leave the house. This will enable us to keep our business up and running as well as it will make at least the main parts of our daily lives possible.
Meeting with our management team this morning we were very pleased to find the whole of our staff highly motivated to master the upcoming weeks as a team. We see a lot of personal effort from all of them to make things work which we appreciate a lot and are very grateful for.
Therefore, we are convinced we will prevail these challenging times.
We sincerely wish the same for all our clients, business partners and their families and if we can support any of you in any way please do not hesitate to let us know.
Please keep safe & "bon courage"!
